KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Wendell, NC. Leading cross-functional teams, you'll spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and facilitating product development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, product development, and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals to enhance brand positioning and drive growth. Create annual marketing plans, integrating insights from market research, competitive analysis, and consumer feedback.
  • Drive the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Utilize innovative marketing techniques and technologies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and product initiatives, ensuring a unified and compelling brand image. Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards to reinforce brand identity.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, product marketing, or sales marketing is required
  • Must be willing to travel (~20%) and assist in set-up for various trade shows
  • Must have previous people management/supervisory and budget management experience
  • Demonstrated analytic and strategic planning skills required
  • Industry and product knowledge preferred, but not required
