Job description

About Reunion Marketing

Reunion Marketing is a dynamic and forward-thinking agency specializing in digital marketing for the Automotive industry. We drive success through data-driven strategies and innovative campaign management. Join our team of passionate professionals committed to delivering measurable results for our Automotive Clients.

About the Role

This is not a traditional SEO role.

We're looking for a highly capable Senior SEO & Content Strategist who thrives at the intersection of SEO, AI-assisted content production, technical execution, and operational ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just create strategy decks—they execute.

You'll own organic search execution across a portfolio of clients, taking projects from idea to publish with minimal oversight. One hour you may be diagnosing ranking declines, the next you're refining AI-generated content, building pages in a CMS, writing schema markup, or optimizing production workflows.

If you enjoy autonomy, solving problems quickly, and building efficient systems in fast-moving environments, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be DoingOwn SEO Execution from Start to Finish

You'll manage and execute organic search initiatives across multiple client accounts—balancing strategy, production, technical SEO, and delivery.

Lead AI-Assisted Content Production
  • Create and refine SEO-driven content using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Jasper
  • Build scalable workflows that improve production speed without compromising quality
  • Evaluate AI output critically for accuracy, SEO value, and brand alignment
  • Produce location pages, service pages, blogs, and ad hoc SEO projects at scale
Build & Publish Pages Yourself
  • Work directly inside CMS platforms to build and launch pages
  • Use HTML and CSS to improve structure, readability, UX, and layout quality
  • Implement metadata, internal linking, schema, and on-page SEO best practices during production—not after the fact
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Own SEO production scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Monitor errors, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve issues before they impact performance
  • Keep projects moving in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner closely with SEO leadership, paid media, social, and operations teams
  • Step in as backup support for SEO leadership when needed
  • Help align organic initiatives with broader marketing and client growth strategies
What You Bring

You're someone who can think strategically while still enjoying the execution side of the work. You're resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable owning outcomes independently.

Required Experience
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on SEO execution experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience writing SEO-focused content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper
  • Experience building and publishing pages across CMS platforms
  • Strong track record improving rankings, traffic, conversions, or other organic KPIs
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge including indexing, crawlability, schema, and page experience
  • Working proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Strong familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, and Sheets/Excel
  • Ability to structure prompts and build AI-assisted workflows effectively
  • Confidence analyzing performance data and translating insights into action
You'll Excel in This Role If You…
  • Prefer ownership over micromanagement
  • Can move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Enjoy solving messy operational or technical problems
  • Think beyond templates and standard processes
  • Are naturally proactive and identify risks before they become issues
  • Like building systems that make work smarter and faster
What Success Looks Like
  • Content and pages ship on time and at a high quality standard
  • SEO production runs smoothly and efficiently
  • AI workflows create measurable efficiency gains
  • Organic performance improves consistently across client portfolios
  • Leadership and teammates trust you to own projects independently
Work Environment
  • Fully remote/home office environment
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, high-accountability culture
  • Lean team structure where individual contribution matters
Why This Role Is Different

Most SEO roles separate strategy, content, technical execution, and production into different teams.

This one doesn't.

You'll have the opportunity to operate as a true end-to-end SEO strategist and builder—leveraging AI, technical skill, and operational ownership to drive measurable impact for clients.

If that sounds energizing rather than overwhelming, we'd like to talk.
