We're looking for a creative, organized, and trend-driven Influencer & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our influencer program while managing the day-to-day execution of Bohme's social media channels.
About the role
The Influencer & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing influencer partnerships while supporting the planning, creation, publishing, and engagement of Bohme's social media content. This role combines relationship management, content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution to help grow brand awareness and customer engagement across all social platforms.
You'll work closely with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure influencer campaigns are executed successfully and social content consistently reflects Bohme's brand.
What you'll do
Influencer Marketing
  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers who align with the Bohme brand
  • Manage influencer outreach, communication, and ongoing partnerships
  • Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs, and posting schedules
  • Track campaign deliverables and influencer performance
  • Manage contracts, content approvals, and usage rights
  • Maintain and organize the influencer database
  • Identify opportunities to expand Bohme's creator community

Social Media Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing Bohme's social media content calendar
  • Create, film, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Write captions and coordinate scheduled posts
  • Monitor comments, messages, tags, and community engagement
  • Stay current on social trends and recommend new content ideas
  • Track social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and growth

Campaign & Content Support
  • Support influencer campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts and content direction
  • Coordinate content needs between influencers, social media, and paid advertising
  • Assist during photoshoots, content days, and brand events by capturing behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content

Qualifications
