We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Operations Specialist to support and enhance the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

In this role, you will manage content strategy, campaign operations, and project workflows while ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality output. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content, optimize processes, and measure campaign effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to impact brand presence directly, contribute to strategic marketing objectives, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will have the chance to shape content experiences, streamline marketing operations, and ensure campaigns consistently exceed expectations. Accountabilities Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects across content, campaigns, and digital channels. Create SEO-optimized content, landing pages, CTAs, emails, gated content, and sales collateral.

Translate business objectives into compelling written content for targeted audiences. Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Resolve project-related issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Requirements 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content management, or a similar role. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a disciplined approach to content creation.

Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Figma, and content management platforms. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
