Marketing Manager - JLL

What this job involves:

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive tenant sales, enhance customer engagement, and maximize property value. This role serves as the strategic marketing lead for the center, partnering with retailers, community stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver innovative campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. You will translate the property's strategic goals into actionable marketing plans while managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and fostering strong tenant relationships. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with the center's strategic goals; monitor spending, reforecast monthly, and adjust tactics to meet year-end projections
  • Design and execute sales promotions, special events, and integrated communication campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase tenant sales performance
  • Manage the center's digital presence including social media, mobile marketing, and web content; leverage market research and consumer insights to optimize campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with tenants to support individual store sales through targeted communications, visual merchandising guidance, and collaborative promotions
  • Analyze monthly sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities; prepare financial reports and document program results for stakeholders
  • Cultivate community relationships and manage public relations activities; represent the property and JLL at local events and through strategic media engagement
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Manager and Specialty Leasing to implement corporate programs and generate ancillary revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail, marketing, advertising, or comparable business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tactics, and content creation strategies
  • Experience analyzing sales data and tracking retail category trends
  • Familiarity with specialty leasing and ancillary revenue generation programs
  • Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn web-based software systems
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals, market research methodologies, and budget management
  • Special event coordination and management experience with demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings; ability to walk the property multiple times daily and perform physical tasks such as event setup, sign installation, and light lifting

Estimated compensation for this position:

73,700.00 - 90,200.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
