Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate who can help us tell our story with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
The Opportunity:
This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re seeking a marketing professional with at least three to five years of experience who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable growth, and elevate our brand visibility.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Strategy to develop and execute initiatives focused on three core goals:

​You’ll be both strategist and tactician — someone who can plan the campaign, assemble or build the assets, launch it, optimize it, and report on it.

Local to the Twin Cities metro area and can travel to/from work site in Maple Grove, MN daily.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Strategy amp; Execution:
  • Plan and manage paid and organic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI
  • Develop retargeting strategies and lead-nurture funnels
  • Enhance SEO and track results
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy
Social Media Leadership:
  • Own and elevate our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Work with the Director of Strategy to create content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Engage with our audience and expand reach strategically
  • Supplement client teams with social assets, assistance, and strategy, as needed
Email Marketing amp; Lead Nurturing:
  • Build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
  • Support automated workflows and nurture campaigns
  • Assist with the creation of quarterly client e-newsletters
Data amp; Prospecting Support:
  • Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo (preferred experience) to identify prospects and support outbound initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance marketing lists and work with CRM coordinator to integrate with NetSuite
Content amp; Creative Development:
  • Write compelling blog posts, case studies, press releases, and marketing collateral that reflects our voice and industry authority
  • Create simple graphics for social and email using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Edit short-form video content for social platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to ensure brand consistency across assets
  • Conduct industry- and client-specific research for preliminary strategy briefs, RFPs, post-event reports, etc.
Project Management:
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables independently
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional content meetings
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expected
  • Track media mentions, reshare content, and establish relationships with industry press reps
What You Bring:
  • 3-5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience in the trade show, events, or experiential marketing industry preferred
  • Demonstrated success running paid social campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Experience using ZoomInfo and NetSuite preferred
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Solid project management capabilities
