  • Greets guests actively engaged in gaming and assists team members in player identification. 
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

  • Maintains knowledge of casino marketing and player development promotions and encourages guest participation, thus achieving quarterly goals set by management. 
  • Assists in resolving guest opportunities and/or conflicts, in fair and equitable manners. 
  • Develops and maintains technical skills to maximize use of patron data systems.  
  • Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.  
  • Helps the Marketing Manager as needed.  
  • Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.  
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.  
  • Assists in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions and special events: to include but not limited to, tournaments, drawings, VIP parties, and festivals. 
  • Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out the promotion and/or special event are in the appropriate place in a timely manner. 
  • Responsible for adhering to established policies and procedures for each promotion. 
  • Issues appropriate prizes to guests. 
  • Performs on stage if necessary while utilizing a microphone for announcements for drawings and/or events. 
  • Provide support and troubleshoot guest concerns with our marketing technology (app, offers, kiosks, etc.). 
  • Ensures that all advertising collateral and outdoor billboards are in compliance with the 800 number Gambling Problem requirements. 
  • Opens jobs for, tracks and administers all advertising and collateral; assists in developing, processing, approving and monitoring advertising copy, creative, proofs, and final production of print, broadcast, digital, outdoor and collateral.  
  • Ensure that all advertising and collateral are posted in a timely manner and that outdated materials are removed promptly. 
  • Acts as a secondary cashier at ticketed entertainment events.

Must be at least 21 years of age. 

  • Associate's degree (AA.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred. 
  • Minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. 
  • Must have moderate to high level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. 
  • Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence.  
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.  
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).  
  • Must be flexible and willing to work any shift.
