Clinical Marketing Development Manager

Location: Duluth, GA, US

Are you passionate about translating clinical challenges into meaningful market opportunities? As Clinical Marketing Development Manager, you will play a key role in creating market demand and accelerating revenue growth through OEMs, channel partners, healthcare systems, physician networks, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). In this position, you will act as the clinical and commercial link between Barco, its partners, and end users, developing compelling value propositions and joint go-to-market strategies that drive customer outcomes, pipeline creation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated value propositions that combine Barco technologies with OEM, ISV, AI, workflow, and channel partner solutions.
  • Identify unmet customer challenges and pain points and create integrated solution stories that deliver measurable clinical, operational, and economic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate solution effectiveness and business value.
  • Create solution messaging, use cases, and customer-facing collateral that clearly communicate the value of combined offerings.
  • Translate clinical workflows and customer pain points into scalable market opportunities.
  • Focus on enhancing patient care and outcomes

Partner-Led Go to Market Strategy

  • Design and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
  • Align partner sales, marketing, clinical, and leadership teams around common growth objectives.
  • Coordinate joint account targeting, demand generation campaigns, customer events, and field engagement activities.
  • Establish repeatable motions for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunity creation.
  • Drive co-selling initiatives that increase market penetration and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Participate and run Barco led partner trainings
  • Complete Barco-Partner collaborative business plans

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development

  • Identify and cultivate influential physicians and healthcare leaders.
  • Establish reference sites and customer advocacy programs.
  • Coordinate webinars, conference presentations, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Support publication of case studies, white papers, and clinical evidence.

OEM & Strategic Alliance Engagement

  • Establish ongoing relationships with OEM marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Coordinate clinical campaigns supporting OEM product launches.
  • Monitor partner activity, industry trends, and clinical workflow changes.
  • Gather market feedback and communicate findings to Product Management and Leadership.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to increase market penetration.

Your profile

  • 5-10 years of successful experience in clinical marketing management
  • Experience with diagnostic imaging, digital pathology, healthcare IT, medical devices, or healthcare technology, creating, writing, and developing unique product value propositions as scale
  • Strong understanding of PACS and Mammo software and clinical workflows.
  • Experience engaging physicians, healthcare executives, and clinical leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
