Job description

Grand Design RV is seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional with minimal experience who is ready to learn quickly, take initiative, and build a strong foundation in marketing while making meaningful contributions from day one.

This role provides hands-on exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, including brand management, product marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, event marketing, customer communications, influencer partnerships, dealer engagement, and owner community support.

The Marketing Specialist will support several of Grand Design's largest and most recognized brands, helping bring products, stories, and experiences to life across customer, dealer, and owner-facing channels. As knowledge and experience grow, this individual will assume increasing ownership over content creation, campaign support, product storytelling, and brand initiatives.

The right person for this role is naturally curious, eager to learn, highly motivated, mature, sociable, and confident building relationships with people from different backgrounds and areas of the business. We are looking for someone who raises their hand, asks thoughtful questions, embraces challenges, and looks for opportunities to contribute before being asked.

This position is designed as a pathway into future opportunities in brand/product management, social media management, marketing communications, or broader marketing leadership roles.

Our Story

Founded in 2012, Grand Design has become one of the fastest-growing RV brands in history and is consistently rated among the highest quality RV manufacturers in North America. Case in point? August 2023 was cause for celebration after Grand Design produced its 250,000th recreational vehicle. "Reaching this mark is not just a testament to the hard work and vision of our incredible team, but it is also a reflection of the trust and loyalty our customers have placed in us," (Don Clark, President and CEO).

"We strive for nothing less than customers for life." As our journey continues, Grand Design remains focused on its mission: to lead the industry in quality and innovation, while fostering a family-like connection among our team members, customers, and dealers.

That's our story and our journey. What's yours?

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, connect with purpose, execute with excellence, and are ready to transform the road ahead, we welcome you to begin your journey by applying today!

What You'll Do

  • Support the day-to-day marketing needs of assigned models, helping ensure campaigns, communications, and launch activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Grand Design products, customers, dealers, owner communities, and the competitive RV landscape.

  • Coordinate and manage email marketing deployments, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and owner communications.
