Job Description:

As a Marketing Platforms Data Specialist, you will play a central role in enabling marketing teams to effectively use data for campaign execution, platform integrations, and decision-making. You will partner closely with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, project visibility, and operational excellence across initiatives. This role combines strong data capabilities (SQL, validation, aggregation) with project coordination and marketing platform understanding. You will bridge teams and workflows, drive seamless project execution while ensure data integrity and scalable, compliant systems.

Data & Audience Operations
Build and maintain aggregated datasets for marketing use cases.
Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and segment audiences for campaigns.
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across systems and stakeholders.
Support data monitoring processes to proactively identify issues.
Project Tracking & Execution Support
Track day-to-day progress of marketing automation and data integration projects.
Coordinate testing, validation cycles, and stakeholder updates.
Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status reporting across initiatives.
Marketing Platforms & Integrations
Support execution of marketing platform projects (automation, communications, integrations).
Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Product) to ensure data flows correctly across systems.
Assist in improving operational workflows and reducing manual effort.
Demand Generation Support
Partner with Growth team to enable data-driven campaign execution for prospective customers.
Translate campaign requirements into data logic and audience definitions.
Privacy & Compliance
Ensure data handling aligns with GDPR and data retention policies.
Support validation and documentation required for Privacy reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in marketing operations, data operations, or similar roles.
Strong experience with Snowflake data platform, including complex SQL query writing, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and data modeling (table creation, optimization, and maintenance).
Strong SQL skills (audience creation, validation, data extraction).
Solid understanding of data structures and data quality processes.
Experience tracking projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
High attention to detail, especially with data accuracy and validation.
Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with marketing data ecosystems.
Knowledge of data monitoring or QA frameworks.
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills (email or web support).
Exposure to privacy/compliance processes in marketing environments.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data workflows.

Education
