Job description

Gunster seeks a full-time Marketing & Communications Assistant in its West Palm Beach office. The Marketing & Communications Assistant supports the firm's marketing and communications initiatives, with a focus on social media, email marketing, website content, public relations, and event coordination. Working closely with the marketing team and attorneys, this role assists with creating and distributing content, maintaining the firm's online presence, supporting client and firm events, tracking analytics, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong writing, organizational, and communication skills who can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, English, or a related field, with two or more years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services setting. Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems is preferred. This position requires a team-oriented, resourceful individual who can work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Some travel and occasional evening event support may be required.
