Job description

PJI Law, PLC, a boutique, service-focused, and fast-growing Virginia law firm, has a new full-time opportunity for a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator in its Fairfax location. The position is as challenging as it is rewarding and is ideal for a go-getter with a strong work ethic who is looking for a position in which to grow.

As a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator, you would serve as an ambassador for the firm by creating exceptional experiences for clients, referral partners, seminar attendees, and the community. You would help strengthen referral relationships, enhance the client journey, bring the firm's brand to life, and support the execution of our overall marketing strategy.

Your duties as a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator would include the following:

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.
  • Champion and elevate the client experience across the entire journey, from the initial hello and consultation through the signing ceremony and thoughtful follow-up communications that nurture long‑term client relationships.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.
  • Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content, including short‑form videos, Reels, attorney interviews, and other promotional content.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the firm's website, and other marketing channels.
  • Help maintain the firm's brand standards across client experiences, events, communications, and marketing materials.
  • Research referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and other opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
  • As a team player, support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as necessary.

As you get to know our clients, referral partners, and community, you will establish relationships with them and play a large role in ensuring that every interaction with our firm is a positive and memorable one. Our firm exists to help those who wish to plan for the legal protection and security of their families and businesses, and this position is crucial in helping us build the relationships and visibility that allow us to effectively help them.

This position requires a person who is positive, energetic, and friendly (bubbly is a plus), who enjoys talking to people, is creative, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. If you prefer spending your entire workday behind a computer or do not enjoy interacting with clients, referral partners, vendors, and members of the community, then this position is not for you.

It would be entirely possible for this position to involve you coordinating an upcoming event while juggling responding to a referral partner, preparing marketing materials, and helping an attorney create content. You must be able to balance competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and professionalism.

Our firm offers long‑term growth opportunities. Our firm is well managed, and our office is a team environment; you will be working with other friendly, kind, and wonderful members of our team who work hard to get the job done right, who take pride in their work, and who support each other through thick and thin.

Every year since 2022, we have earned the prestigious “Great Place to Work” certification, with our employees over those years praising our firm as a great place to work in an anonymous third‑party survey. Our approach has allowed us to succeed and build a loyal client base that has sustained our strong growth and has earned us various awards as well as enthusiastic reviews from our clients. As a result, every year since 2023, our firm has been honored with a place on the Inc. 5000 list, which celebrates the fastest‑growing companies in the United States.

In an effort to preserve the integrity of our culture, we are selective in our efforts to identify good people who are also motivated professionals. If this is what you are looking for, then we would love to hear from you.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • A hospitality and service‑first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, think on your feet, adapt to change and to changing priorities, and make decisions based on good common sense.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with people.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Creativity and an eye for engaging content.
  • Professional presence and the ability to comfortably interact with clients, referral partners, attorneys, vendors, and members of the community.
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and technology.

Compensation for this hourly, non‑exempt position ranges from $31.25 to $36.05 per hour, which reflects an estimated base equivalent of $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on a standard 40‑hour workweek. In addition to this base hourly wage, team members are eligible for performance‑based bonus opportunities and have clear pathways for further compensation growth.

Additional benefits include:

  • Health/dental/vision insurance
  • 401(k) with an employer match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • A full estate plan
  • Fun and growth‑driven team events
  • Complimentary snacks and beverages
  • Free and convenient parking
  • A beautiful, new, and clean work environment.

Thank you for taking the time to read this listing, and if you believe you would be a good fit for the position, we look forward to hearing from you!
