JSA is seeking a motivated, high-potential professional to join our Development Program, designed to provide broad exposure to the insurance industry and prepare the right candidate for a long-term career in sales, operations, or management.

This is a unique opportunity to learn JSA from the inside out. Youโ€™ll rotate through key departments including Contracting, Commissions, New Business, Compliance, Agent Relations, and Sales, gaining hands-on experience with our systems, processes, agents, carriers, and business operations. Along the way, youโ€™ll work on real projects, build industry expertise, earn relevant certifications, and receive mentorship from experienced JSA leaders.

As you progress, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to specialize in either Sales amp; Business Development or Operations, taking on greater responsibility, leading projects, and presenting directly to company leadership. The goal is to develop you into a key contributor with the knowledge, relationships, and experience to take on an expanded role at JSA.
