Job description

StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, sales motivated, people person to join our StretchLab Mobile team! This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who are seeking a part-time position that includes sales, scheduling, marketing, social media, events and more in a fun and growth oriented wellness studio offering 1:1 assisted stretching.
Position: The purpose of the Membership Sales and Marketing Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, membership coordination and retention, retail sales, marketing and event planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Book and confirm stretch sessions for members and prospective members
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and comply with the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services and products to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Create social media content using Digital Stack and Canva
  • Studio cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
  • 15-20 hours per week; Saturdays required
  • Health/Wellness/Fitness background and or undergraduate/graduate studies in health related field preferred, but not required
