Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and fast-paced professional to support a sales and product development team. This role works closely with sales, design, and production (both domestic and international) to bring client ideas to life—from concept through delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with individual sales representatives to generate and cultivate new business
  • Develop creative product concepts aligned with client budgets
  • Collaborate with art/design teams to bring client ideas to life
  • Work with domestic and international factories to source, spec, and quote products in real time
  • Communicate with production facilities (U.S. and overseas) via email and platforms such as WeChat
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure all artwork meets factory specifications and guidelines
  • Meet with domestic suppliers to discuss product opportunities and innovation
  • Prepare detailed, landed (duty-paid) pricing using correct HTS codes and tariff structures
  • Coordinate with logistics teams on domestic and global shipping (Ocean, Air, DHL, FedEx, UPS)
  • Build client-facing PowerPoint presentations showcasing product proposals


Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop client-specific solutions
  • Experience working with product development, sourcing, or supply chain preferred
