Sales & Marketing Associate - Part-Time with Potential to Grow into Full-Time

Hope Power & Industrial, Inc. is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to help expand our customer relationships and support business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate, an entry-level candidate, or someone with up to two years of staffing sales experience.

The position will begin part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns that promote our staffing and workforce solutions
  • Research prospective clients, industries, and market opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with sales leads
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and social media content
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activity
  • Work closely with company leadership to develop new business opportunities
