As Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics, you'll be a senior individual contributor who transforms data into insights and drives decisions and strategy across our marketing channels. You'll own measurement and analytics for campaigns, partners, and field marketing—including attribution modeling, ROI optimization, and emerging AI capabilities—serving as the go-to analytics expert and thought partner for marketing leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Drive attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing leaders across the business
  • Create forecasts and scenario models to inform annual budget planning and incremental asks
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for brand, demand gen, digital, and strategic events
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Analytics, Strategy & Planning, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on performance narrative and QBRs
  • Partner with the Marketing Data Operations team to maintain data quality across martech systems
  • Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights
  • Design and support marketing experiments with rigorous testing and statistical validation
  • Mentor and provide analytical guidance to junior analysts, and establish best practices for the broader analytics function
  • Stay current with analytics tools and methods to drive competitive advantage
What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years in marketing analytics: campaign performance, demand gen, field marketing, and ABM measurement
  • Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisions
  • Experience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing models

Skills:

  • Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement
  • Data storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisions
  • Strong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)
  • Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, Excel
  • Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Proven ability to influence and guide the work of others without formal management authority

Bonus:

  • AI/ML experience: predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modeling
  • Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics expertise
  • SQL proficiency
  • Growth marketing or demand gen background
  • Privacy-first measurement, DSPs, programmatic advertising experience
  • Python, R, or similar statistical tools

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between: $170,000 - $233,000 USD.
