Position Overview


The Summer Marketing Intern will support The Management Group's marketing team in executing digital, on-site, and brand initiatives across multiple apartment communities. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in multifamily marketing, social media strategy, brand management, and property-level execution.


This internship is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented student who is interested in marketing, branding, or digital media and wants exposure to both strategy and execution.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing & Analytics Support

Assist with Marketing IQ updates and data entry Support CRM IQ reporting and tracking

Help complete marketing audits for assigned properties Assist in compiling performance summaries and insights

Digital & Content Creation

Brainstorm and develop social media content ideas for multiple apartment communities Create branded Canva flyers and marketing collateral

Assist with email blast creation and formatting Upload and organize vacant unit photography

Support basic website updates and content adjustments Property & Event Support

Participate in property visits

Assist with community event setup and marketing Capture on-site photos and video for social media Support leasing teams with promotional materials

Team Exposure & Learning

Shadow members of the TMG Marketing Team

Observe campaign planning, vendor coordination, and digital strategy execution Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions

Gain exposure to multifamily lead funnels and performance tracking
