Vice President, Creator Marketing

Zeno Group seeks a senior leader to develop and drive integrated creator marketing programs for consumer brands. The role blends strategic counsel, partnership development, and crossโ€‘functional execution across paid, earned, and owned channels.

Role Overview

As Vice President, you will spearhead creator strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights, and business priorities. You will manage highโ€‘impact client work, mentor a growing team, and contribute to agency growth and thought leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creator marketing strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business priorities across a variety of consumer brands and campaigns.
  • Oversee creator identification, vetting, negotiations, relationship management and campaign execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging channels.
  • Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop creator amplification strategies, including whitelisting, measurement frameworks, optimization and performance reporting.
  • Identify emerging platform trends, creator behaviors and content opportunities that help clients remain culturally relevant and drive stronger audience engagement.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to clients, leading dayโ€‘toโ€‘day relationships, presenting strategic recommendations and identifying opportunities to expand creator marketing programs.
  • Lead and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Guide staffing, utilization and professional development across the creator marketing team.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, agency thought leadership and Zenoโ€™s Global Creator Center of Excellence while evolving the agencyโ€™s creator marketing capabilities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, communications or related fields within an agency or fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Proven success developing and leading creator marketing strategies for consumer brands across multiple social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of creator partnerships, platform dynamics, audience behaviors and creator relationship management.
  • Experience integrating paid creator strategies, including creator whitelisting, paid social amplification and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing analytics and ability to counsel clients on KPIs, measurement frameworks and business outcomes.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing strategic recommendations and clientโ€‘ready presentations.
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships, leading integrated teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, account operations and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts and leading new business workstreams.
  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting eโ€‘commerce or social commerce campaigns.
  • Experience developing B2B creator marketing programs.
  • Experience working across integrated communications, paid media and digital marketing teams.
Compensation

Pay Range: $130,000 โ€“ $150,000 USD/yr. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, geography and business contribution. The salary range is one component of DJEHโ€™s total compensation package, which may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and regionโ€‘specific benefits.
