Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support REI Engineers' brand awareness, business development efforts, recruitment initiatives, and overall strategic goals. This position independently manages day-to-day marketing activities, develops content across multiple communication channels, coordinates campaigns and events, and contributes to continuous improvement of the company's marketing strategy. The role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Develops, coordinates, and executes marketing campaigns that support company growth, recruiting initiatives, client engagement, and brand awareness.
  2. Creates, edits, and maintains marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  3. Manages the company's digital presence by maintaining website content and coordinating social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  4. Coordinates recruiting marketing efforts by developing content to attract qualified candidates and promote the company's employer brand.
  5. Collaborates with business development, Human Resources, leadership, and technical staff to support marketing initiatives and company objectives.
  6. Coordinates company participation in industry conferences, career fairs, networking events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
  7. Assists with proposal development, qualification packages, award submissions, and client presentation materials.

  13. Protects confidential company, client, and employee information through responsible handling of marketing materials and business information.

Skills and Knowledge:

  4. Experience supporting marketing efforts in engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or professional services industry is preferred.
  5. Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing software is a plus.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
  1. Sitting for extended periods while using computer equipment, including a desktop or laptop computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
