Job description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Market/Client Risk Management IIย to join our Depositary Receiptsย team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.ย 

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:ย 

  • Focus is on routine and/or less complex corporate action events. May provide secondary support on transaction management of moderately complex transactions.
  • Assists in preparing and/or reviewing required documentation and/or market shareholders notices.
  • Escalates potential issues to more senior team members.ย 
  • Ensures BNY is compliant with applicable regulations and policies and procedures.
  • Works under guidance of senior team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Corporate Action experience preferred.
