Job description

Job Description: 
1. Respond to and resolve business queries for Market Risk space.
2. Manage user query mailbox effectively, understand the scope of teams work and ensure timely and appropriate response is provided for all user queries.
3. Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items, Manage alerts and monitoring.
4. Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace and Splunk, etc. for both making updates and producing reports.
5. Incident management - provide timely and accurate user notifications as well as managing escalations when needed.
6. Documentation and knowledge management.
7. Follow up and coordinate resolutions with various development teams.
8. Assist with metrics reporting.
9. Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork.
10. Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution.
11. Identify scope for automation to reduce manual, repeating tasks.

Required Skills:
1. 10+ years of Production Support experience.
2. Strong SQL Knowledge.
3. Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.
4. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
5. Working knowledge of ITIL.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent project and time management skills.
8. Ability to work in a multi-regional team.
9. Working knowledge of ITRS, DynaTrace and Splunk
10. Working knowledge of Autosys and Bob jobs.
11. Python Scripting knowledge.
