Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • - Orchestrate a US Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) insight agenda; identify needs and recommend solutions.

  • - Serve as a strategic thought partner to US Commercial leadership on launch readiness, brand strategy, and stakeholder communications.

  • - Support US Commercial processes such as performance tracking and forecasting demand (including alignment of competitive insights).

  • - Build cross-functional partnerships in a matrix environment (US Commercial, Insights & Analytics, Global) to align and coordinate projects.

  • - Partner with insights vendors to design, execute, and report market research that delivers actionable insights.

  • - Manage projects end-to-end (vision through fieldwork to reporting) across internal and external teams.

  • - Communicate insights clearly with a tailored call to action; collaborate with forecasting, analytics, and patient services for integrated recommendations.

  • - Operationalize insight workstreams on time, within budget, and compliably.

  • - Act as an insights subject matter expert and develop colleagues.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.

  • - 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech market research experience (manufacturer or consulting).

  • - Strong primary market research capabilities (quantitative, qualitative, agile).

  • - Excellent project management; lead multiple compliant, timely research workstreams.

  • - Strong strategic thinking/business acumen; life-sciences industry knowledge.

  • - Knowledge of secondary/syndicated pharma data (prescription data, patient claims, promotional audits).

  • - Strong communication across all organizational levels.


Preferred:

  • - US Commercial launch experience (2+ years focused on Rare Disease, Immunology, and/or Oncology).

  • - Experience with New Product Planning, Marketing, Value & Access.

  • - Vendor management in insights/market research.
