As Market Manager, you'll help grow Hangar 24's presence in your territory by building relationships, winning new accounts, activating the brand in-market, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with distributor partners, key accounts, and the Hangar 24 team to make sure our beer is not only sold in - but actively sold through.

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
  • Prospect and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Grow sales and distribution within existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with distributor reps and managers
  • Conduct ride-alongs and support distributor sales efforts
  • Execute promotions, tap takeovers, samplings, and events
  • Ensure strong brand presentation and merchandising in-market
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account opportunities
  • Represent Hangar 24 with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of craft beer, beverage, or CPG sales experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and sales skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and follow-through
  • Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beer styles, draft systems, and distributor networks is a plus
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and spend extended time driving and working in-market
