If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and delivering excellent service, we would love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities
Stocking & Inventory Support
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and faced properly to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Rotate products accurately using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to maintain absolute freshness.
  • Handle inventory with care to minimize shrink, damage, and waste.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, unloading product, and keeping the backroom organized and safe.

 Merchandising & Displays
  • Help set up eye-catching promotional displays and seasonal end caps.
  • Ensure products are priced correctly and that all shelf tags and labels are accurate and visible.
  • Maintain rigorous store standards for presentation, keeping aisles clear and perfectly staged.

Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers warmly, helping them locate items or answering product questions.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service during every shift.
  • Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment by promptly cleaning up spills and keeping walkways clear.

 Compliance & Safety
  • Follow all food safety regulations and internal store procedures for handling perishable and non-perishable goods.
  • Maintain OSHA and general safety compliance standards while operating store equipment.
  • Report any safety hazards or inventory discrepancies to the Market Lead immediately.

 Operational Daily Tasks
  • Complete assigned daily checklists and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across other departments (Produce, Dairy, Bakery) to support overall store flow.
  • Assist with opening or closing procedures for the department as scheduled.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication & Teamwork: Ability to follow directions well, work collaboratively with a team, and communicate friendly with customers.
  • Organization & Time Management: Great pacing and stamina to manage tasks like stocking and facing efficiently during busy store hours.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle quick customer requests or escalate operational issues to the Market Lead when necessary.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfort with being on your feet for 6-8 hrs, walking the sales floor, and lifting/moving up to 50 lb. product boxes throughout your shift.
