Position Summary
Build What Protects Those Who Serve
Every cable, harness, and system you touch helps power critical maritime defense capabilities used by military personnel around the world. As a Production Test Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing and testing advanced systems that support missions where reliability isn't optional.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to contribute to technology that makes a real-world impact.
Job Description
What You'll Do
As part of our Manufacturing team, you will support the fabrication, integration, and testing of complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include:
  • Fabricating wire harnesses from wire run lists, drawings, and operation sheets using harness boards
  • Performing production testing and supporting system integration activities
  • Maintaining quality standards while meeting production schedules and efficiency goals
  • Following all safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), calibration, material handling, and timekeeping procedures
  • Supporting assembly and manufacturing operations as business needs require
  • Identifying and communicating quality concerns to ensure products meet customer requirements

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or test experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (clearances are granted only to U.S. citizens)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience fabricating electronic or electromechanical equipment
  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with production or acceptance testing
  • Familiarity with RF and Digital test equipment such as o-scopes, frequency counters, and analyzers, power supplies, and multimeters
  • Familiarity with underwater acoustic systems or testing environments
  • Ability to use mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and sense of ownership

Why Join Us?
You'll join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you're building harnesses, supporting testing activities, or helping deliver mission-critical systems, your work directly contributes to technologies that help keep service members safe and missions successful.
If you're looking for more than just another manufacturing role-and want to see the impact of your work every day-we'd love to hear from you.
