We are looking for an individual that has experience as an technician/mechanic. We are willing to train the right candidate. On the job training with the opportunity of paid schooling to earn qualifications. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow with company.

Job Duties-

  • Repairs and maintains boats and watercraft in marine service facility: Examines, diagnoses and repairs a wide range of marine engines.
  • Checks in and keeps Shop Foremen informed of on going service orders
  • Ability to rig new motors and set up new sales boats and watercraft
  • Helps maintain rental fleet
  • Works closely with Shop Foremen and other certified technicians

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Experience as an service technician
  • Motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and earn necessary certifications

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on certifications and experience.

Additional Compensation include; Commission, Bonuses, Store Discounts

Benefits: Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Flexible schedule, Tuition reimbursement

Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime in season, weekends required in Season

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
