In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Specialist to support our project management. Primarily responsible for the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets of construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely project completion in alignment with project goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals
  • Adhere to project contracts
  • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Strong bilingual skill in English and Korean required
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills


Preferred

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience in project control, construction projects, or similar roles
  • Professional certifications in project management or control are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management, Auto CAD, and related documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.
