Data Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support the Naval Criminal Investigative Services IT at NCIS Headquarters in Quantico, VA. This role focuses on advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and integration of data-driven solutions to enhance investigative and intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data science methodologies, software integration, and scalable analytics architectures.

Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain advanced data science and analytics solutions * Design and execute data analysis workflows using statistical and mathematical modeling techniques * Build and manage ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and delivering structured and unstructured data * Develop and integrate APIs and data services to support enterprise analytics platforms * Perform software integration and testing, including development and execution of test plans and scripts * Utilize Python, R, and other scripting languages for data analysis and automation * Apply data mining, graph algorithms, and statistical techniques to support mission objectives * Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, search indexes, and web application servers * Leverage tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Requests, and related data science libraries * Create data visualizations and dashboards using spreadsheets and other tools * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure analytics solutions Required Qualifications * Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field * Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics * Experience with software integration or testing, including analyzing and implementing test plans and scripts * Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python and R * Experience with data science, data mining, statistics, and graph algorithms * Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, API development, ETL pipelines, web application servers, and search indexing technologies * Experience using tools and frameworks such as: * Python, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Requests * Strong foundation in complex mathematical and statistical concepts * Experience applying statistical analysis and operations research methodologies * Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using spreadsheets and related tools Certifications (Preferred) One or more relevant industry certifications, such as: * CompTIA Cloud Essentials, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+ * Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA), MCPD, MCSD, MCSE * Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) * EMC Data Science Associate (EMCDSA) * Cloudera Certified Data Scientist (CCDH) / Certified Cloud Professional (CCP) * Certified Apache Hadoop Developer (HCAHD) / Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH) * Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) About Data Intelligence, LLC: Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is a small business that provides Information Technology System Development (Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud Platform support) Cybersecurity (RMF, Security Engineering, Cross Domain Solutions), Tactical Data Link Standards Development and Testing, and Logistics/Warehousing services to U.S. federal clients both CONUS and OCONUS.
