What You'll Do:

  • Signage Installation and Maintenance: Install, replace, and repair signage related to towing and parking regulations on client properties. Ensure all signs are properly positioned, securely mounted, and clearly visible in locations designated by client.
  • Parking Space Paint Maintenance: Inspect and maintain existing lettering on parking spaces at client properties. Apply and refresh lettering and wording on parking surfaces as ordered by clients using stencils.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients regarding scheduled maintenance and observed issues or recommendations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Equipment and Safety: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment for painting and signage tasks, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and support staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion. Participate in training and development opportunities.

  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
