River Valley Marine is looking for an experienced Marine Sales Consultant to join our Rochester team. This is an opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers make one of their most exciting recreational purchases while building a successful, long-term sales career.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants another sales job. We're looking for someone who understands why customers spend months researching their next boat, enjoys learning about marine products, and can connect customers with the boat that fits their lifestyle.

Successful candidates may come from marine sales, boat sales, powersports sales, automotive sales, RV sales, luxury retail sales, equipment sales, or other high-ticket commission environments. A passion for boating and the outdoors is highly valued.

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

You'll work with:
