Ceiba Routes, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional delivery service. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused drivers to join our growing team.
Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided cargo van to deliver packages safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery van and follow all traffic laws
- Load and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
- Use a handheld device for routing and delivery confirmation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong reliability and time management skills
- Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus
Additional Information
Pay & Incentives:
- Starting pay: $20.50/hour
- Performance-based bonuses up to $5.50/hour (based on safety, quality, reliability, and tenure)

Schedule:
- Full-time (4 days/week, must include 1 weekend day)
- Part-time (2–3 days/week)
- 10-hour shifts between 9:40 AM – 8:40 PM
