Job Description
arketing/Office Manager Position, for a Medical Marijuana Delivery service, in Financial District of San Francisco. 5 days(40 hrs)/week /$750.00 starting. Please email your resume and a short summary of why you are the perfect person for this job.
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- Assign and monitor responsibilities and tasks among staff
- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
- Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Organize orientation and training of new staff members
- Attentive to details
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer Telephone
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Interfaces with the Sales & Marketing Manager with regards to marketing tasks
- Develop successful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product sales;
including web content,
blog posts, social media channels, presentations, videos, client case studies, demos,
and training materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in a position with managerial, marketing and inventory responsibilities.
- Understanding of state and local medical marijuana laws and how they will apply to the
operation.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Windows based software, point of sale applications & graphic design software
- Experience in POS software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Must not have a prior violent felony conviction or drug related offense. Must have Live Scan
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
