Position Purpose:

Aurora University seeks talented adjunct faculty who are passionateabout teaching and learning. Adjunct faculty are qualifiedpart-time instructors offered teaching opportunities based oncourse demand and staffing.

Aurora University is searching for a qualified director for theMariachi Band.

Essential Job Functions:Teaching responsibilities
  • Serve as the director for the Mariachi Band
  • Assist with recruiting players for the Mariachi band
Essential Job Requirements:Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications must align to the Faculty QualificationPolicy

  • M.M. or equivalent in Music required. Terminal degree in Musicpreferred.
  • Previous successful Mariachi band direction experience
Skills:

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $1,100 per credithour.

This compensation is subject to change at the solediscretion of the university, based on institutional needs.
