Requirements:-   Management: Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements and user stories. Process Improvement: Mapping current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhanced processes to boost productivity. Data Analysis: Using SQL and analytics tools to interpret datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Bridging the gap between technical teams (IT) and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with goals. Project Support: Assisting with project management tasks, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and creating documentation.  Skills Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and connect patterns across systems. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools (Visio/Jira). Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
