Maple Donuts is a leading supplier of private label ready-to-eat and serve donuts, proudly serving some of the nationโ€™s top grocery retailers and foodservice partners. With a focus on innovation, responsiveness, and quality, we partner with customers to deliver standout products in the In-Store Bakery (ISB) space.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Maple Donuts is seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Sales to lead and manage relationships with our top strategic and core customers. As a key member of the commercial team, this individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding our presence within the In-Store Bakery (ISB) space. This role includes direct responsibility for achieving revenue and growth targets across assigned accounts, while contributing to long term commercial strategy and market expansion.

This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and requires a strong background in ISB bakery sales, private label development, and account management

REQUIRES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7โ€“10+ years of sales experience in the food industry
  • Direct experience in ISB bakery or private label
  • Proven track record managing large retail accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed; travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy
  • No Relocation Necessary
