Stakeholder Management & Practice Growth

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Establish and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Account Leaders, Vendors, and Executive Sponsors).
  • Mentorship & Line Management: Supervise, guide, line-manage, and mentor TPMs and Senior TPMs.

  • Client Technical & Business Stakeholders (guiding technical strategy and delivery)
  • Experience Teams (Strategists and Designers)
  • Department Leads & TPM Practice
What do you bring to the table?
