For Manufacturing services in the Engineering/Diabetes Sensors area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and one (1) year of experience in a medical device manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Shift: 12hrs shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
  • Experience in:
    • Medical device industry
    • Problem solving
    • Yellow/Green Belt

  • If you have excellent communication skills and aren't afraid to ask for help when you need it (in addition to your excellent Maintenance skills), this might be the job for you! Sprinkle on a love of the scientific method, teamwork, and, above all else, being ethical, and you just might have what it takes to take on this new challenge. Bring it on!

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Support production scale-up by optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase throughput, efficiency, and yield.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) to eliminate production bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Evaluate and improve equipment, tooling, and line layouts to support higher production volumes.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
  • Support process validation, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
