Job description

We're Looking For A: Manufacturing Associate
* Opportunities available on:
  • 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM)
  • 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM) *Shift premium
  • Day shift (6AM-6PM)
  • Night shift (6PM-6AM) *Shift premium

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
  • Prepare raw materials for production which includes unwrapping or breaking materials apart.
  • Move product to and from production line by hand and occasionally use non-motorized equipment, such as a hand pallet jack.
  • Load and unload product from various areas throughout the production line, including placing pans onto racks and moving into the freezer. You will also be responsible for sorting finished products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Assist in the packaging process which includes dumping products into hoppers, filling boxes with finished packaged bags, and placing the completed boxes onto pallets for shipment.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes):
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and stoop/kneel when required.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment because of our state-of-the-art freezers (35°-45°).
  • Comfortable working in a wet environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds in certain manufacturing areas.
  • Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work collaboratively with others.
