Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to assist in the development and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) for manufactured components, specifically involving ceramic matrix materials. You will help create innovative software solutions, ensuring integration across multiple platforms to optimize production processes.
Manufacturing Engineer Key Duties:
* Develop and implement Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) to support the manufacturing of aerospace parts.
* Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and stakeholders to identify software solutions that enhance production efficiency.
* Utilize Python, SQL, and VBA to build, optimize, and troubleshoot MES applications.
* Ensure seamless integration between different MES platforms (Eyelit, Siemens Simatic IT) to accommodate both development and production demands.
* Design and develop asset management applications to enhance operational workflows.
* Conduct thorough testing of software solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate software changes and resolve challenges.
