Manufacturing systems engineering (MSE) under Project Kuiper Prod-Ops is responsible for delivering software solutions that improve speed and quality of Kuiper manufacturing systems. We partner with engineering and production teams to bring reliability and repeatability to our systems, improve throughput and accelerate the transition

- Lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as satellite software and hardware engineering teams.
- Design flexible solutions for complex problems with multiple unknowns with exceptional performance & reliability.
- Utilize AWS infrastructure and services such as Lambda, IAM, SNS/SQS, DocumentDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IoT etc.
- Design and implement production quality web applications that are secure and accessibility compliant.
- Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

Manufacturing Systems Engineering (MSE) team is responsible for building standardized, automated, and scalable manufacturing systems. Our mission is to transform engineering inputs into production-ready solutions in four critical areas: shop floor management tools, automated testing for chambers, calibration and provisioning of manufacturing systems and optimized test station design and infrastructure

We act as the critical interface between engineering and production teams, ensuring seamless integration of software and hardware components in developing production-ready systems. We focus on delivering solutions that automate production testing processes, reduce cycle times, and optimize setup/teardown procedures, effectively addressing critical bottlenecks while ensuring consistent implementation across all production sites.
