Job description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing routine inspections and verification activities to ensure products meet established quality standards before shipment. This role supports final inspection, configuration verification, documentation review, and non-conformance reporting within the fulfillment and release process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual and physical inspections of products and assemblies.
  • Verify product configurations against work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer requirements.
  • Confirm part numbers, serial numbers, labels, and asset records are accurate.
  • Conduct pre-delivery quality checks prior to release.
  • Validate completion of manufacturing and fulfillment documentation.
  • Record inspection results accurately within quality management systems.
  • Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances.
  • Assist in containment activities for non-conforming products.
  • Verify corrective actions have been completed before release.
  • Follow established quality procedures and standards.
