Position Title
Quality Consultant
Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
The Quality Consultant is responsible for supporting the organization in four essential domains which include Patient Safety, Clinical Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Performance Improvement. Key functions also include collaborating across departments, facilitating multidisciplinary teams, and effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, health systems management, or in a related field is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
Five years of healthcare experience is preferred.
One year of experience in safety and statistical analysis is required.
One year of experience in regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None
