What You Will Be Doing

Acushnet is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP Governance to lead enterprise-wide data governance and master data initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll drive data integrity, quality, and compliance across SAP systems, enabling smarter decision-making and operational excellence. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define governance frameworks, optimize master data processes, and champion data as a strategic asset. Leading a high-performing global MDM team, you'll shape the future of data stewardship, automation, and integration-ensuring our data foundation supports innovation and growth.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP data roles.

  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

  • Deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) and MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica, Winshuttle).

  • Proven success implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.

  • Experience with global business processes in complex industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to strategic goals.
