+ About the job:

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and on time. This role also supports the launch and growth of a new facility by building a high-performing team and implementing procedures for long-term success.


+ We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with teams at all levels
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and production software
  • Understands safety regulations and quality standards
  • Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines
  • Has experience with ERP systems and production scheduling tools (preferred)
  • Is familiar with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred)


+ What you’ll do:

  • Supervise daily production floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities to meet business goals
  • Train, coach, and monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment; coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
