General Production Operator – Tire Manufacturing
Location: Macon, GA | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | $14.00/hour

Join a fast-paced tire manufacturing facility—expect to get dirty and work in hot conditions while assisting with production and helping produce high-quality tires.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and assist with tire manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Move and handle materials to support production needs.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Workplace Requirements:
  • Must wear pants; shorts are not allowed.
  • No fake nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes.
  • No jewelry or head coverings (bonnets, do-rags, hats).
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes.
  • Shirts must not display profanity or derogatory images.
  • This is a drug-free workplace.

  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift/move materials as needed.
