Job Code: 171002 Job Title: Maintenance Worker Location: Kingstree, SC 29556 Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Bi-Weekly Pay) Assignment Dates: June 2026 - January 2027 Job Type: 9-Month Contract, Temp-to-Perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent employment based on business needs) Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Work Setting: Onsite Position Summary: The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of facility maintenance duties, including painting, cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, and general light maintenance. This role helps maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality of the facility while following established safety procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in both indoor and outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities: Painting:
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming as needed.
  • Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Follow proper painting techniques and safety procedures to ensure a durable, professional finish.
  • Maintain clean work areas and ensure painted surfaces are free of debris, spills, and imperfections.
Cleaning:
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
