Job description

POSITION SUMMARY


Responsible for implementing and monitoring manufacturing processes while ensuring customer quality and production standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Builds a positive work environment through clear communication

• Scheduling - assigns indirect and direct employees.

• Monitors production cycles times and processes.

• Assists with processing, troubleshooting and technical repairs.

• Verify employees are following standard work instructions and procedures.

• Promotes goals and performance standards to all employees.

• Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality systems.

• Controls processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product.

• Communicates company objectives to employees.

• Validates production paperwork and data entry.

• Responsible for on the job training programs.

• Conducts and documents team meetings.

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining clean and organized work environment.

• Maintain goals and action plans


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE


• Degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience.

• IATF 16949 Awareness Training

• Quality Systems Training

• On the Job Training

• Experience with Carbon Fiber is a plus
