À propos du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne autonome, organisée et débrouillarde pour se joindre à notre équipe à titre de Responsable des opérations – Production et entrepôt.
La personne recherchée joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement quotidien de nos opérations. Elle est responsable de la préparation et de l’expédition des commandes, de la gestion de l’inventaire, du soutien à la production ainsi que de la coordination de l’équipe d’emballage.
Il s’agit d’un poste polyvalent qui demande une bonne capacité d’adaptation, du jugement, de la rigueur et une excellente communication avec les membres de l’équipe.
Principales responsabilités
Entrepôt et commandes
- Préparer et assembler les commandes (Boîte entre 7 lb à 50 lb)
- Effectuer le chargement et le déchargement des camions
- Effectuer la réception
- Participer au maintien de l’ordre, de la propreté et de la sécurité de l’entrepôt
Gestion de l’inventaire
- Identifier les besoins de production
Production et ligne d’emballage
- Démarrer la ligne d’emballage le matin
- Effectuer les réglages de base de la machinerie
- Assurer le bon déroulement de la production
Coordination de l’équipe
- Coordonner et encadrer l’équipe d’emballage
- Donner les consignes de travail et s’assurer qu’elles sont bien comprises
- Faire le suivi de l’avancement du travail

La personne travaillera quotidiennement avec une équipe diversifiée, notamment avec des travailleurs étrangers temporaires.

Qualifications et exigences
- Expérience pertinente en entrepôt, production, logistique ou opérations
- Formation de cariste / certification pour chariot élévateur valide (Expérience avec un chariot élévateur 2 ans)
- Compréhension informatique de base
- Bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
- Bon jugement et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
- Bonne capacité physique (assemblage de commande boîte entre 7 lb à 50 lb)
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où les priorités peuvent changer rapidement et régulièrement.

La capacité de communiquer en français et en espagnol est importante afin de faciliter les communications avec l’ensemble de l’équipe et l'anglais facilitera votre travail à la réception et avec les livreurs des compagnies externes.
