AriensCo is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Fayetteville, Tennessee facility. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products while driving operational excellence across the plant.

THE DAY TO DAY...
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability for Manufacturing Leaders and Team Leaders
  • Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to Manufacturing Leaders, Supervisors, and Material Leaders
  • Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives within manufacturing operations
  • Accountable for allocating and planning resources to ensure key metrics are met:
    • Safety
    • Quality
    • Budget/Profitability
    • Productivity
    • Delivery
    • 6S
  • Provide support to improve performance and manufacturability of new and existing products
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the fabrication process to include the use of the following tools or techniques:
    • Continuous Improvement plan

    • Problem solving
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Visual management
  • Manage several subordinate Manufacturing Leaders or Supervisors and Material Leaders

THE QUALIFICATIONS...
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or 12 years' experience in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing operations, teams, and key operational metrics
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality management tools
  • Experience in materials replenishment, process improvement (lean), project management, and supervision is required
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication, (laser, brake press, hand weld, robotic weldment and machining), is desired
  • ASQE, APICs, Lean Certification(s), quality tools and/or Six Sigma are desired

WORKING CONDITIONS...
  • On-site in manufacturing environment with frequent presence on the production floor.
