Production Associate | Immediate Openings | Direct Hire

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Weekly Pay

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday-Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM, Monday-Friday

• 3rd Shift: 11:45 PM - 8:15 AM, Sunday Night-Friday Night

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production, packaging, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor production processes and perform basic computer data entry to support operations.

• Handle and transport materials throughout the facility, including loading, staging, and organizing products.

• Perform general production duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining a clean work area.

• Utilize measuring tools, including tape measures, to verify product specifications and dimensions.

• Conduct quality inspections of materials and finished products, reporting defects or concerns as needed.

• Support production and packaging activities to ensure customer requirements and production goals are met.

• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.

• Attend weekly team meetings held every Tuesday, 30 minutes before the start of the shift.

• Complete training on multiple shifts during the first 90 days to gain exposure to equipment, processes, and facility operations.

• Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed to support customer demand and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
